MINDFULNESS 

WILD MINDFULNESS is an inspiring 4-part course that blends ancient wisdom with the latest scientific outcomes. Discover simple ways to attend to the wild beauty & innate wholeness of the heart, body and mind. 

Sessions include guided meditations, resources and weekly invitations to develop your own mindfulness practice. This course will help you cultivate a deeper appreciation for the moment, more compassion for yourself and others, and the ability to better respond to life's challenges.

Note: We also offer a Grief-Sensitive Mindfulness course, which includes tools and practices adapted for those experiencing grief & loss.
